Before the Livestream: MeasureSummit Adds Its First Day Zero Workshops
One of our organizers attended a two-hour, in-person workshop in Germany earlier this year and came away inspired.
Because of the extra time and smaller room, the questions were better, the interaction was richer, and the people in the room left with an actual result.
That got us thinking about bringing that format to MeasureSummit.
So this year, we're trying it.
Introducing Day Zero: Tuesday, October 6.
Before the free October 7-8 livestream, we're running two paid, hands-on workshops on Tuesday, October 6. You can attend one or both.
Each is capped at 50 participants so we can have that small-group feel. If you can't attend live, you'll still get the recording and instructor-provided materials.
Morning: Alina Popa, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. ET
"Quiet the Noise: Build a PPC Operating System, Not a Prompt Library"
Alina has built a structured system for Google Ads work: six account templates, six method files, three Google Ads scripts, a setup check, and two worked accounts.
She’s giving attendees all of this so they can use it on their own Google Ads accounts.
The 90-minute guided demonstration is followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
Afternoon: Jordan Hill, 1-3 p.m. ET
Jordan builds a GTM audit live using GTM Audit Skill Pro, then works through selected attendee container teardowns. You leave with prioritized findings and a repeatable process you can actually use.
The live teardown element is what makes this different from watching a recording of someone else's audit.
A note on cost and logistics
The workshops are paid and separate from both the free ticket and the All-Access Pass - they're an add-on either way.
When you register, you can add an All-Access Pass at the same time, which is worth doing if you haven't locked that in yet.
We're being honest that this is the first time we're running this format.
We want to see if it's useful to the community, whether the topics land, and whether the hands-on structure translates well outside of an in-person room. Early signups help us plan and tell us where the interest is.
If you've been looking for more depth on these topics than a 30-minute talk can give you, October 6 is where that happens.
